Dome light problem

Help po. My dome light is faulty. Pag nasa ON position ayaw gumana ng ilaw. Pero pag nasa middle/door position gumagana pag may bukas na door. Ano kaya problema? Gumagana naman pag bukas door, fuse kaya to? Okay naman yung bulb. I also tried replacing the original with led gumagana naman parehas.

baka di lang nagmemake contact yung switch dun sa metal part sa ON position... obserbahan mo without the plastic cover para makita mo yung mechanism ng switch kung tumatama ba sa metal part para magkakuryente. minsan nawawala kasi yan sa alignment

Nasubukan ko na tangalin sir. Sinubukan ko rin kasi linising yung contacts. Ayaw. I tried taking off the switch mismo then jumping the contacts lang with a piece of wire. Okay naman sa door. Yung sa on position lang talaga ang ayaw.

your switches to the dome light are all on the negative side or ground. usually, the problem lies on the stationary contact on the switch itself located on the dome light fixture. it is either corroded or the 3 mm steel ball not making contact. the corrosion can be cleaned with a piece of crocus cloth or brillo pad to expose a new surface of the offending contact

loose contact lang yan, try to disassemble and check the positive contact point, baka need lang ng konti adjustment.
