No because it's not designed for HID.

Use Osram Nightbreaker or Philips X-Treme Power.

Look for an H4 bulb.

I've had good experience with both Osram's All-Weather and SilverStars bulbs at stock wattage. The Nightbreakers should be better.

A warning: it's a little hard changing out the headlamp bulbs on a Jazz.
