Mga sir, bago lang ako dito. I have a 2006 1.8V Civic. I'm planning to buy one kasi.

^^bosch would be great. compared to the taiwan made HID bulbs, i am sure they are more durable.

multi reflector is not recommended. dapat projector. so kung may makukuha kang projector type HL, mas ok.

search na lang for HID-related threads here.

welcome to tsikot no need to replace any on the ass’y. the 2.0 variant is equipped with an HID as stock so basically plug and play lang yan. i'm not also sure with the bulb type just don’t go above 6000K for better visibility in the rain and fog, then when it comes to your hi-beam, IMO mag all weather / all season ka na halogen. nice combination yan

Thank you sir. Wait, so ibig sabihin I just have to buy an HID kit tpos plug and play na? Di ko na kelangan ng projector assembly? 1.8V lang kasi ung akin so baka may difference. hehehe Di ko pa dn kasi sure ung model from Bosch dahil ibebenta lang sakin ng kakilala ko. Please help me clarify things.

pero alamin mo muna yung kit na binebenta sa yo, iba ibang sockets iba ibang bulb, kung ilang K (kelvin) – very important ito para di ka magsisi in the end, iba iba kasi kulay niyan (color temp). go for 6000K or lower basta don’t go above it unless gusto mo ang bluish to purple na no effect. talaga bang made in Germany? Daming mga bosch pero mga Taiwan made.

Para less hassle try to visit any car accessory shop, ask what HID kit would fit and also para malaman mo pricing, normally nasa 6K up with 1 year warranty and some go with 2 years.

Lastly against din ako sa irresponsible user ng HID ha, but civic FD is an exception wag lang babaguhin ang aiming pataas.

ganito na lang, kunan mo picture yung HL mo, post mo dito so we can determine.

vlad, reflector type pa rin naman pero since naka HID stock ang 2.0 variant with the same lens. madali lang ito para sa mga 1.8 S/V. nalito na lalo si TS naloko na.

    This might help:

Philips h.i.d. for headlights and foglights

Make sure an alignment is done so that the glare will not affect oncoming traffic.

afaik, Bosch HID only comes as a conversion kit. some china made HID mentions that they use bosch assembly.

HID is no-no on the halogen foglamps. no offense but, looking at that pic, the foglamps are dazzling. imagine that light on a dark environment.

    True that it’s a Bosch but I don’t think it’s original

Here’s the original Bosch with logo.

But any car accessories shop mabibigyan ka ng magandang choices. Eto sabihin mo: 6000K (Kelvin) ang gusto mong Kelvin. Mura lang yan mga mga 6K up na lang ngayon, 1 year warranty but meron ding up to 2 years pero mas mahal konti, mga 7K – Choose the Taiwan made – much better kumpara sa China made – baka may melamine eh

Low lang papalitan mo. Yung Hi okay na sa stock yan.
Free installation na yan with warranty – no hassle pa.

    good luck
