loose wiring, or if it's a second-hand vehicle, the previous owner might have removed the relay for the headlights and directly connected it to the switch.

.pa check mo na sa electrical shops..kung amoy sunog na insulator delikado na nga ,check mo din muna mga connections mo (sockets,wirings.etc) baka may nag loose ka lang
