May direct-fit [no mods] na bulbs na HID-like ang kulay. Ganun gamit ni kcboy sa loob ng Rexton niya, hindi ko lang natanong where and how much nabili.

Pero ang advantage niyang nasa first post ay talagang maliwanag siya compared dun sa super white bulb.

At P600 halos sulit na, kasi if you DIY that halos pareho lang din price nyan:

Super bright white LED's are about P20 a piece sa Alexan (found in sm megamall 5th floor, sm north sa computer area under the parking lot sa likod, sm pampanga, elcano st binondo)...perhaps other electronic shop will have it also.

The picture shows something like 20 LED's in there...so P400 na yun.. the adaptor and some voltage regulator (LED's doesn't need 12v to run... usually about 3 to 6 volts lang) set-up will bring the cost to near P500-550 range (without labor).

Don't forget to clean the plastic lens/cover. Most of the time nangingitim ito't nagdudumi, kaya dumidilim.

BTW, I was referring to hid-like look of dome lamps. Be it because of the LED's or a super white/bright bulb.

When I DIY'ed my VTEC light project late last year, I bought several superbright LEDS sa Alexan (SM City Fairview). Different colors, and they cost only P8.00 each

Yung mga flashlight using superbright LED's cost only P200 sa Handyman (and even less sa Divisoria at suking bangketa)

super bright na white ang mahal...yung red, yellow colored are cheaper than the bright white.
