I almost always travel at night and need additional road visibility. Ano pwede sa ilagay sa civic vti '00? Fog lamps or auxilliary lamps or driving lamps? Any recommended shops near QC to buy the lamps from?

I also suggest upgrading the bulbs to a higher wattage if the assembly will take the heat. I have upgraded my foglamps to 100 watts each and it is definitely much brighter especially on those unlit roads.

try po muna ninyo upgrade to higher wattage yung headlight bulbs...

regarding the silaw, nasa aiming lang yan... most people aim their lights way too high, not accounting for the fact that a small degree of change sa angle ng mounting will result to a large variance sa angle 50-100ft away.

do you have tints (except clear ones) in front? if yes... then take them out... that'll solve your problem.

    >>> Meron ako tint, parang 1-way na 3M so malinaw naman siya especially sa araw... but thanks. i will contemplate on this.

    >>> my sentiments exactly, andaming walang konsiderasyon diyan sa EDSA na naka High Beam o di kaya anlakas ng ilaw (HID ba yun?), or sobrang puti ng ilaw. baka it's just me, pero masakit sa mata eh. tapos tututok pa... tsk tsk tsk.

anyway, sir, saan kaya pwede bili ng OEM na fog lamps? don't worry, i will aim it low pag naglagay na ako.

I suggest try looking / canvass around accessory shops in Banawe.

bili ka ganyan na foglamps around 3 -3.5k. kung gusto mo brighter output for that foglamps palitan mo yung bulb ng yellow HID

are those magic neutrals? kahit na malinaw pa siya sa araw... pagdating sa gabi iba pa din... that is why in the US, it is illegal to put colored tints in the front windshield.

kaya medyo nakaka panibago kapag nag drive ako ng 323 (without front tints) & rav4 (with front tints). kasi sobrang linaw sa 323 even while driving on a rainy day sa NLEX (asphalt).

even if you put in oem foglamps... that would be just negated by your tint (and that problem will be compounded if you don't have a 20/20 eyesight).
