first of all sir, paalala lang na bawal ang text speak dito.
second try mo with meguiar's yung pangtanggal ng scratch it may help

i just don't get the reason why people tint their headlights and/or tail lights just to make the car look good while compromising the safety of visibilty at night. they didn't come with a tint in the first place for the no brainer reason. it's just so irresponsible on the part of the owner.

if these are internal cracks or parang kalmot, then no buffing would remove it. Anong oto? rav4, EK? meron mga headlights susceptible sa ganitong cracks.

are they scratches on the outside, or cracks from inside? if the latter, sorry ka na lang. impossible to remove.
plastic lens? some chemical cleaners tend to fog plastic lenses when used on them.. be careful..
two other possibilities.. those are remnants of adhesive, or marks of the instrument used to remove the "tint"..

... Or marks from the cutter/blade used to install/shape the tint on the plastic lens of the headlight.

The lines could just be residue from the tint adhesive.

I can share to you my reason for tinting my headlamps. Naninilaw at nagsscratch kasi yung headlamps ko. Then I used commercial products para mawala yung yellow and maging clear ulit. Pero nandoon pa din ang scratches. So I buffed them so natanggal na yung scratches. After months, balik ulit ang yellow color at scratches. So I thought maglagay ng tint to protect it after I buffed. So far effective pa naman against yellowing ang scratches.

For the visibility at night, I am comfortable with the light though reduced nga talaga. Pero the same reduction is experienced kung hayaan lang na yellow/scratched ang headlamp. Anyways, I can call it a safety issue kapag ang driver ay di talaga nakakita or uncomfortable sa reduced visibility.

^^^sorry sir in advance, pero the way you explain it - parang dinaya mo sarili mo na kaya hindi mo makita ung paninilaw at scratches eh tinakpan mo kasi ng tint.

Ano po bang car iyun at madami naman pong alternative method.

For example, kung okay pa naman ang lense at ang dablay lang eh ang cover, buy depo headlamps, use the cover not the lense.

Re: Plastic headlamps. Alagaan nyo lang sa polish at sealant (protect against UV rays). Here's the plastic lens of our 2002 Revo VX200. Clear na clear pa rin.
