Help on Painting corner light housing

Anyone has experience painting the corner light internal housing ng kanyang car?

Madali bang gawin ito or might as well not try it?

Gusto ko kasing maging amber ang kulay ng corner lights ko(iyong katabi ng headlights) ala JDM style. Kaso ang mahal naman ng orig na JDM about $60 ang isa plus about $25 na shipping.

Naisip ko lang if it's possible to tear apart the corner lights and pintahan na lang...

Mahirap baklasin yung housing, pag hindi maganda ang pagkakadikit magmo-moist. Bili ka ng spray paint ng tamiya na signal orange, kung meron, tapos pinturahan mo yung outer portion ng corner lights, den i-clear coat mo, kahit pylox na clear coat. Mag test ka muna sa ibang plastic kung first time mo lang mag paint.

i don't advise it, because the material of the lens is not meant to be painted. of course, it can be painted, but to do it right you need the proper prep/primer/painting.

even if done right, IMO it will look horrible...i have seen some of the riceboys around here do it and it makes me laugh. even worse, they don't do it right and eventually the paint starts to flake and peel.

baka kalabasan nito mag euro clear corner na lang ako instead of JDM amber... euro clear kasi ay mga $30/pair shipped na.
