That's what I use on my vehicle (Circuit Japan ang tatak, Php150/ea for H4). Dilaw siya talaga parang European foglamps. Good for bad weather but some people are not used to it for normal usage.

We put NARVA All Weathers on a friend's Lancer (Php850/pr of HB3) and it wasnt as yellow. Still looked a bit closer to stock. But the light output was a bit more than the replaced unit.

I agree. I'm using the osram all weather and not bad at all. Happy with them

Parehong yellowish ang ilaw ng "super yellow" and all-weather/season bulbs although from what I've seen, pinaka-yellow talaga ang buga ng Polarg Super Yellow. Pinakamahal din, hehe.

I'm been using Osram All Season 100/80W sa headlights ng Mazda 323 ko for nearly 5 years now, di pa rin napupundi hanggang ngayon so masasabi kong reliable nga siya. Also installed ceramic sockets (Bosch) and relay (Narva). No personal experience with Osram All Season 60/55W though.

    on super yellow bulbs:

meron po bang 55w pero ang output nya e 100w like sa ibang halogen na nakalagay sa box stock wattage pero output nya is something around 100w? sa box kasi ng solarzen wala akong makita, sa euroline kaya? or any other brand, wag lang expensive

White-ish ang Osram NB. It's not diamond white, but it's whiter than stock. That gives you the impression that it's more powerful than the stock 55w power. It's definitely not all-weather.

I really don't pay much attention to that type of packaging. But in terms of output, Solarzen and Euroline have about the same output for the same price range for super yellows. I think PolarG is more powerful, but more than twice the price of the earlier two. If you're ok with less than super yellow, Osram all weathers should provide a bit better illumination.

I've used Osram and Narva as far as all-weather bulbs go. Both are effective in any conditions, especially rain, but Narva is almost half the price per bulb so I went with that. Narva is also a little more readily available compared to Osram. With the Narva bulbs I can carry a spare pair of headlight bulbs for the price of one pair of Osrams.

Willing to try other brands, though - I hear Auto Express rated Philips' Vision Plus bulbs very highly.
