pag di mo inalis yung tubig, papangit yung lens, magiging dull... hihina yung ilaw mo.
if you have an air compressor, pwede mo siya bombahan.
pwede mo rin kalasin yung foglight assy.
worse if the water inside contacts the bulb, poof!! tiklab ang bombilya mo. heheh
hmmm which reminds me....ive seen few cars carrying puddles of water in their taillight and signal light housings...they look OEM to me...sealant failure? or too much exposure to pressurized water...(car wash)
Drain the water ASAP as described above. Leaving it will dull the lens and the may form rust on the metal reflectors. Also molds may grow in it causing further discoloration and dulling.![]()
Alisin mo yung foglamps to drain them. Use compressed air or basahan tapos laruin mo using a screwdriver. I think chieffy can do this in his station.
If you don't correct the situation asap, magco-corrode yung reflector sa loob ng housing.
Don't forget to reinstall the rear rubber grommet properly.
benchph1,
Usually improper reassembly (after a collision or bulb replacement) ang cause ng aquarium taillamps. hehehe.

kaya nag dadalawang isip ako tanggalin kasi hirap itutok ulit![]()
pero thanks! will remove asap when i get home![]()
As an added precaution, try running a bead of silicone surrounding the areas which get disassembled when accessing the bulb.
HTH! :bald:
nagcomment pa naman ako dito how to deal with moisture trapped in his car's foglights..........kaninang gabi naka-park ako ng naka-bukas foglamps. napansin ko mahamog yung lens nung tiningnan ko mabuti me tubig sa loob!! grrr.......bwisit talagang baha yan.
Unless may physical separation ng lens mula sa housing, most of the time nasa grommet ang problema.
Headlamps today are not sealed.

Binilad ko lang sa araw yung Besta dati, with the bulb and grommet off.![]()
