    Which bulb is the best between these 2 during rain, fog, and normal dark roads like provincial roads.

    Know any place to buy them for less?

    Syempre as the strict letter of the model/name itself. Narva all weather. Medyo whitish ang buga ng osram NB+. Btw, meron ako dito Philips XV, baka meron may gusto.
