    Is there any car accessory which converts the car cigarette lighter's DC voltage to AC for use in a mobile laptop and printer?
    If available where can it be bought and what is the price?

    meron yung friend ko i think nakabili siya sa kuryente sa shangrila before, pero palagay ko talamak sa mga electronics stores.

    ginamit siya yung converter sa portable dvd player niya.

    I think its called the Power inverter, nakakita ko nun dati sa Best Buy stores kaso pang 110 volts lang.

    meron ako dito kaso pang industrial he..he
    from a car battery 12V to 220V/110V

    actually nasa 300 watts lang. meron ako 24/12v 110/220v / battery charger/inverter.

    650 watts 7 thou. hardwire ito sa battery di kaya cig lighter. I use it to power my christmas lights sa car. meron din ako 300 watts imarflex. YUng nauso nung uso blackout.

    I suggest you get the one by APC...
    I have one which I use with my laptop and GPS system.
    Hasn't failed me at all.
    I used to have this one by Belkin, but after 2 weeks or so, It broke down on me.

    tripplite powerverter. no problems so far.

    or you could take a look at Xantrex XPOWER-300 PLUS Xpowerpack 300. very useful.

    Try ANASCOM...dulo ito ng Raon (after LRT bridge)....ask around the corner ng raon at road under LRT....the ANASCOM is very near na (next kanto lang).....they use to sell it at around P2500-3000 para dun sa mga 200-300 watts....more than enuf sa laptop, cellphone charging and even DVD players perhaps.
