    Hi Fellow tsikoters.

Would like to ask if anyone have tried to adjust their headlight low beam projection. Mine appears has a very short projection, approximately ½ cars lang yung bato ng ilaw, which for me is kinda short. Also, na noticed ko yung sa driver side is shorter compared to passenger side, and may pattern pa - parang mirrored na small "h" - di ako makapag attach ng drawing sa paint imaginine nyo nalang hehe. The car is corolla 93 gli.

Kakapalit ko lang ng lahat ng shocks so ruled out na yung leveling ng sasakyan. Hi beam for me is enough, low beam lang talaga mejo short. Thanks sa mga sasagot.

There should be a philips screw on top the headlight. Use a philips screwdriver to adjust. Take note you have to do this on even ground and in front of a wall a few meters away.

There should be tutorial videos in youtube on how to do this.

Keep in mind that as a general rule, low beam cut-off at about 25ft should not be higher than the side mirror of an average sedan.

Headlight cut-off (projector or halogen) ay may tinatawag na step. Parating nasa driver side ang lower step regardless if RHD or LHD ang vehicle, ang upper step naman sa passenger side hence mababa talaga ang cut-off sa may driver side to protect the oncoming traffic from glare.

    1. see if the directions are in the howner's manual, po.
    2. search google for instructions.
    3. if replacement headlight assembly, "it might be difficult", as some of these units might not have working headlight alignment screws. you might (gulp!) have to do some cheating on the mounting screws.
