Do I need to worry?

Good day,

Just a little background of my anxiety. I bought an encumbered car which is a 2006 vios. I paid it in full, got the notarized deed of sale, the OR and the encumbered CR from x bank. Seller said he will give me the CR under his name after a month of processing (He will use the amount I paid para bayaran yung remaining sa bank). I reluctantly agreed, although the month has not yet lapsed, I'm worried the seller might not make good his promise. May habol po ba ako dito kung sakaling itakbo nya yung pera instead na bayaran yung bank ng full? Mahahatak po ba ito ng bank? BTW, just to make sure, nagpalagay ako sa DOS ng "Free from any liens or encumbrances". Can this stop the bank from pulling the car? THanks much mga sirs!

Sir so far, maganda. Hinde naman nabaha and I bought it at a really good price. I think company car nya ito so mejo below market price yung kuha ko sa kanya. He gave me the casa records and it was casa maintained. May maliliit na dents but overall its well worth the price.
