    Gud Pm tsikoteers!! uhhm I hav my 1999 honda Civic lxi A/T and I wud like to get a comprehensive insurance for my car.. uhhm wat du u think is the best insurance company? ksi My 1995 Toyota Liteace is insured by Direct Link insurance company... Eh I want to try other insurance company also.. kya tsikoteers I need ur help.. pls suggest The best insurance company na hassle free wen it comes to claims na based on ur xperiences... Thanks tsikoteers...

    Humanap ka ng insurance company na may kakilala ka sa loob na pwedeng tumulong sa iyo sa claim. Big, medium, or small insurance companies, pare parehong may mga reklamo sa claims.

    If you have been insured with Direct Link, better insure with it again. I understand Direct Link is a partner of Tsikot.

    Based on my experience, Direct Link pa rin.

    It's just unfortunate that I will have to file a claim with them again, since may nakabangga sa akin just last Sunday. Though I haven't tried their whole range of services, I'm very much satisfied with them.

    address --> 15th floor, sage house, 110 V.A. rufino street legaspi village makati. pero i think hindi na kailangan punta office, just ask for an agent. im not that sure though.

    yup, malaking bagay yung may kakilala ka sa loob para less hassle sa claims. standard insurance ko. so far, la pa naman nagiging problema.

    Why not try asking a quote from Direct Link Sir for your Honda? I've been w/ them for 3 years na & wala naman din ako naging problema when I filed a claim with them. Ang madalas ko pong kausap doon ay si Melody or Joan.

    In my expirience in Direct Link is not so good pero ok parin .
    last March 29 hinatid ko na ung Altis namin to toyota ortigas for repairs (insurance claims).. we contacted Direct link few days earlier pa and so akala namin ok, 1 week daw bago makuha yung unit so bale dapat april 5 ok na ..
    last april 1 Toyota ortigas contacted us dahil hindi pa daw nagpapadala ang DirectLink ng letter of authority .. so we called them ..

    so in-short may thursday April 3 na nasiulan ang trabo ..
    a set-back of 4 5 days .. haaaay.. pero ok naman simpleng kausap direct link (pag galit ka sa phone) jowk

    Three things I look at and consider when choosing insurance policies for my vehicles:

    1. Premium
    2. Participation rate
    3. Claim procedure/requirements and turn around time

    sir what do you mean?

    regarding dun sa insurance dad ko kasi ang kumausap .. my bad hindi ko rin sya ininform bout sa tsikot-Dlink partnership ..

    People's insurance ok naman when it comes to participation but sa claims wow! super tagal specially if cash claim.

    na flood ako ng undoy and until now wala parin ang claims ko sa insurance ng People's, kapag nagfofolow up ako they always told me na "for approval".

    for almost 2months lagi "for approal" OMG!

    Hi Sir s_quilicot! It's unfortunate to hear that you're not satisfied with the turn-around time of releasing your car from your preferred repair shop. Trust that your feedback will be raised to our Manager and Claims Department to further verify/investigate the said delay.

    Although we also look forward to feedbacks like this for the betterment as well as for the continous improvement of our services such as on claims.

    September 2009 Case
    1.) Direct Link Insurance = OK ang mga staff & accommodating. Nagpa cash settlement ako sa wreck front area ng car ko, pang headlight price ang ibinibigay sa akin so I opted to go to one na accreditted shop nila sa may Shaw Mandaluyong which is known to their good works (ako na gumastos sa pag-tow).

    2.) Accreditted shop sa may Shaw = Ok yung mga personnel na nsa office pati yung head guard. Nung time na kukunin ko car since ayos & ready for pick-up na raw (minamadali pa ako nung S.A. nila when he called/texted din), ayun may problema pa, dinagdagan ng deep scratches + nawawala yung Rockford Battery terminal ko + naka ON yung DVD player. Ako na ang nagbigay ng instruction sa painter nila to fix it NOW! I have taken pix as evidence na rin. Yung mabait na headguard ay nagulat sa car ko when he saw it. Yung isang S.A. (name starts w/ P) ay puro kamot ng ulo inabot ko (akala mo makakalusot ka sa akin), kung hindi ko pla na-inspect thoroughly ay i-rerelease mo yung car ko without Quality Checking. I informed DLI Claim about the issue and SHE informed the Shop owner about the issue. The Shop owner immediately reacted to the problem and Bang his boys (Good reaction from the owner).

    Observation:
    - Manipis ang pagkaka-paint (ipinaulit ko na lang sa painter ko yung bumper). Yung hood ko may white spot now.
    - May bakat pa rin yung deep scrathes na gnawa (Poor painting quality).
    - Crack Radiator due to the accident (may leak) na hindi pinalitan nung shop.
    - Maluluwag yung mga fan.

    Ako na lng umayos coming from my own pocket, ayaw ko na bumalik sa shop just to be safe.
