Price Quotation for Lancer 1.6 EX MT

Hi guys, I need your opinion on this.
I requested a quotation for a Lancer 1.6 EX MT, and this is what the SA gave me:



Tama bang sa DP ibawas yung discount? Dba dapat sa SRP ibabawas to (825k - 46k = 779k ).

I also asked the SA kung bakit P147,955.48 and initial cash outlay, instead of 187,555.48.
She answered "besides the 46k, may additional discount pang ~40k".

Sa DP ba talaga inaapply ang discount, not on the car's SRP?

bro, discounts are supposed to be deducted from the SRP: correct!
pero sa mga in- house financing, that's not the way they do it.
bakit? dahil bababa ang loanable amount mo. hence, bababa rin
monthly amortization mo. bababa rin ang kita ng SA mo, hehehe.
just a little exercise:
LOANABLE AMOUNT = 660,000
MONTHLY = 16,256
TOTAL CASH OUT = 16,256 x 60 = 975,360
INTEREST PAID = 975,360 - 660,000 = 315,360
PERCENTAGE = 315,360 / 660,000 = 47.78%
% PER YEAR = 47.78 / 5 = 9.56%

9.56% per annum??? wow!!!
back off bro! go straight to your bank for a car loan.
your bank can give you better rates, say 6% or below. good luck!

Thats what i thought. though, the discount being deductd frm the dp is not that big a deal naman pala. if it were applied sa srp, loanable amt ko is stil 623k. ang laki lng talaga ng monthly amort.

yes, i think so. pati un insurance and chattel. ill ask fo a quote frm other dealers n rin.
