I was Undoy victim my toyota innova was submerge into water.
pinagawa ko sa [SIZE="5"]1talyer[/SIZE] near gate of Cainta Greenpark Village.
hinila nila ang sasakyan ko and ask for 5k deposit.

it took us 2 months and ang nagawa lang nila ay linisin ang sasakyan ko
nalaman ko na wala pala silang sariling mekaniko, ngayon sa sobrang tagal i decide to pull out nalang ang sasakayan sa talyer nila and found out na nawawala ang condenser and reservoir ng sasakyan ko, bago pa ang innova ko 1year and half palang.

Dapat ba talga tanggalin and radiator kapag nabaha?

I also have some neighbor na nagpagawa sa kanya and wla rin syang nagawa, ung isang toyota innova nawawalan ng bumper sa likod, ung honda napatakbo nila and after a day ginamit ng may-ari hindi na ulit umandar.

Kaya ingat lang sa mga talyer na hindi ninyo naman masyado kilala na pagpapagawaan ninyo . Maraming ganyan kung wala man mawala papalitan ang piyesa ninyo na buo na may sira. Wala ka ng magagawa at charge to experience.

What I don't understand is whether you checked all the components of your car before you brought the car out from the shop. Did you find out that the radiator and reservoir was gone when you already got it home or something, or did you know about it right there in the shop?

What did the people from the shop tell you regarding the loss? Maybe they were just dismantled at that time for cleaning and stuff and wasn't been able to return it yet?

Either way, you should demand to get those parts back.

They must have removed the radiator to possibly clean it or clean the area around it, since mud could have accumulated around that area.

Hi,

I found out that i lost part when i decide to pull it out, i look for another mechanic to make sure that all parts is complete since i heard so much a lot of stuff from my neighbor then wala nga ang condenser and reservior at first pati grill ko sa harap wala and sabi inuwi lang daw sa bahay ni Mr. al martinez for paint sample (omg! original paint un)

as of now my innova is still there, will file a pulis blotter by monday.
if all is set and pulis record is done i will pull out na for security whatever hapend.

i heard that this man MR. AL MARITNEZ may repair shop sya dati sa caloocan at nagsara na.

Just be careful guys sa shop na to cause they offer so much services like painting job, electrical, insurance free processing, etc. etc. but the truth wala silang mekanico even latero wala rin.

mga tauhan na nasa shop nila they always told us " wala kami alam"

if someone can help me what is the best action to do about all of this stuff please help me guys!

anong klaseng shop ba to? fly by night? Obviously, di mo na check ung track record ng shop before ka nagdecide ipagawa.. mahirap talga magpagawa ng basta.. basta.. konting ingat mga katsikot..

i filed a complaint regarding this matter and unfortunately the case that could file against the owner is ESTAFA only not qualified thief! I'm so disappointed!

File a case against the owner of the shop. But sa Cainta Police Station, mga WALANG SILBA ang mga PULIS PATOLA DYAN.

Next time be careful sa mga auto shop dyan sa Cainta along Ortigas Ext. & Imelda Ave.

sorry for what you have suffered. lesson learned: don't just trust these dorobo. if you can next time, take digital pictures of the inside of the car, the odometer reading, the exterior of the car and any accessory installed in the car and make the shop owner or manager sign responsibility since they have a lien on the car until the vehicle is turned back to you.

if the offense is confirmed, have it on TV. embarrassment is a very good punishment specially if it is telecast nationwide. it is a good deterrent too for those shops contemplating of doing or have been doing these thefts of property. too many fly by night shops that need to be nipped at the bud.
