My car was hit by a container truck. When the traffic police asked for the truck drivers license, he showed a delinquent traffic violation ticket. The truck owner admitted it was their fault. They are willing to pay for the damages but they would have to file a claim to their insurance company.
My question is, is it possible for them to get approved for an insurance claim even if the driver did not have a valid license during the accident? It was indicated in the police report that the truck driver only has a delinquent traffic violation ticket when the accident occurred.
I currently don't have an insurance since it recently expired so I'm worried that my car will not be fixed if their insurance claim is denied.
Please help!

I think, kahit na wala kang insurance, sagot lahat ng damages ng may ari ng container truck. puwede pang ma impound ang truck kasi hindi valid ang dala ang driver nito.
kaso, kadalasan, mahirap habulin ang mga may ari.
up for suzuki
