I'm new to this site. Hehe, may mga questions kasi ako na di ko mahanapan ng sagot kahit nagbasa-basa na ako sa iba't ibang sites. Sana may makapag-provide ng insights nila dito...


Given the below details...

1. Cash on hand: 150,000
2. Monthly Amortization: able to give out 10-15k per month
3. Employed
4. Single
5. Planning to utilize any of our banks' autoloan program

...anong mga brand and unit of car ang possible kong mabili?
...anong bank ang best na i-approach for autoloan?

My first choice is Hyundai Tucson but I think it's too expensive for my case, right? Second choice is Toyota Altis G or Vios 1.5 G. Then Ford Focus or Fiesta.

Di ko kasi sure kung possible ba akong magkaron ng car given yung details ko mentioned above...

Para pag positive na pwede naman pala ako maka-purchase ng brand new (any of the cars I mentioned), mag-start na kong mag-asikaso. Pag hindi, edi more ipon pa.

try asking toyota, they have up to 72 months payment schemes. pero personally, ill go for jazz 1.5 a/t.

my suggestion is, wait one more year. that way, you can double your downpayment money from 150K to 300K. then you'll find it easier to pay the monthlies.. or you can buy a good used car with that amount and don't have to worry about the monthly. you can just use that money to repair whatever needs repairing..
this is what i'd do, if it were me..
btw, mayroon ka bang garahe, o sa kalye mo na lang ipaparada yan? some cities may not allow it..

Hmmm. actually kasi, as much as possible sa january of 2011 ko na mapurchase para magamit ko na din agad.. if yung monthly kasi, kaya naman yung 15k-20k monthly. ang issue lang is limited as of today yung pang-dp ko.. so yun nga, if possible ba na may makuha ako na brand new car na presentable and elegant naman given sa mga namention ko sa taas kanina...

kasi since 150k nga ang kaya kong ipang-dp as of today, and 15k to 20k monthyl is kaya naman.. ano ba mas okay, direcho ako sa mga car shops or sa bank na may autoloan? di ko kasi sure kung yung mga Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, etc ba ay pwedeng sa kanila na dumirecho then sila na magfacilitate sa bank or sa bank muna dapat then sila na bahalang magfacilitate sa car companies...

Para sa akin sya ang pinaka the best sa category ng budget car as of now. San ka pa..diesel CRDI na at 700K bnew price! 25klm/liter daw Panalo na yun!
Start reading the threads on how to get a bank car loan.
Standard is 20% dp for banks so 700K x .20= 140 (+chattel,insurance,LTO)
siguro abutin ka 200K all in na...interest is lower = lower monthly din.
Casa in-house: lower dp/all in ---- but higher monthly and higher interest. If kapos sa budget and you still want a car then the best option na in-house (forget about the HIGH interest)

hyundai brand known for their CRDI technology, you won't regret it if value for money, fuel efficiency & optimal performance is what we're talking about here...anyway you can always haggle w/ sales dealer of your preferred unit but be sure to transact/canvassed directly w/ the bank for you auto loan, chattel mortgage & compre. insurance they might lower it a little bit depends on your haggling (financial capability) ability, hehe

sa compre. insurance you also have the right choose your preferred insu. company that can give a better deal as well as flexible payment scheme..

that way somehow you can be able to lower your cash out...HTH!

Yung "lease to own" ba ng toyota e yung mga promo nila na Pay Low, Pay Cash, etc?

Sige, daan ako BPI mamaya. mag-inquire lang ng autoloan nila..

Pero tama naman diba? (1) Inquire lang sa bank muna (example nga is BPI), (2) hanap ng speficic brand and unit ng car, (3) then proceed na sa bank for the processing of your autoloan.

OR

(1) Inquire directly sa mga SA ng car companies then haggle, (2) Inquire/Application na sa bank with the discounted amount na.

Eto pa pala.. let's say decided na ako sa unit. ano pa ang dapat kong tandaan na dapat kong bayaran aside sa price ng mismong car? i mean chattel mortgages, insurance.. ano pa and how much ang average na dapat ihanda on top of pang-DP mo?
