    hello,

i'm currently drafting a letter demanding a dealership for a written explanation why a 1-2 weeks repair job has now been delayed to a month. the main reason for the delay was that for 2 weeks my car has been left to gather dust while waiting for the parts to be delivered. upon delivery of the parts, i was informed that some additional damage was discovered resulting in another delay. when my wife asked the SA why the problem was not discovered, he cited the reason that the insurance company did not want them to start dismantling the front portion of my car till all the parts have been delivered. my question is whether this reason is valid? the insurance company has already sent the dealership two LOAs one is for the replacement of the front bumper and the other one is for the replacement of the condenser, so i assume that the dealership is already given the authority to proceed with the repairs. pwede ba magbigay ng condition and insurance company when to start repairs kahit nag issue na sila ng LOA?

    thanks

as a client, you have the right to question and demand that your car be started repairs with the insurance company.

if they don't budge report them to the DTI and to the Insurance Commission.

help!!! may right ba insurance to put on hold ang repairs???
