Pag nasa legal office na po ba pwede.pa.po bang inegotiate?
I was adviced kasi ng legal officer na ivoluntary surrender ko nlng yung car.
Meron po kasi akong missed payments (pdc payment) in 4 yrs ko pong pagbabayad.
Huling taon ko na this year and willing nman po ako isettle yung mga namissed out kong months pero yun nga isurrender ko daw muna yung car dalin ko daw sa head office ng bank.. then after 3 to 5 days bigyan dsw ako ng computation ng need ko isettle. Pero meron po nkapagsabi saken na irerequire ako to pay the unsettled amount plus yung balance ko pa this year..bale iffull payment ko na. Ganun po b tlga.? Sana po may mkasagot salamat po

wait for the official written documentation of your failed payments, and the written instruction to surrender the car.
do not do anything if all you have is their word of mouth.

pag sinurender mo yang kotse, base lang sa salita ng tao...
and you knock on the manager's door the next day..
the manager might say, "what are you talking about? we sent you no claims. as far as we are concerned, your payments are up to date."
and you will ask, "so where is my car?"

nice with paying via pdc,
the paper trail is clear.

i suppose, what i am saying, is to first check your side of the contract. kumpleto ba o hindi, ang payments mo?

Yung decision kung papayagan ka nila na bayaran ko na lang missed payments mo and continue the usual will still be the decision of the bank... just try to convince them about your plans. Also, please remember may negative effect na yung credit score mo sa kanila... goodluck. Just talk to them...

Na aamaze din ako talaga sa bank.. meron ako existing housing loan pero approve din agad auto loan ko.. Same bank.. And different banks are sending credit cards sa bahay.. Ready for activation and use (of course it's a no no for me, personal preference lang)..
Hindi po kami mayaman pero ganun ka aggressive mga banks ngayon para mabaon sa utang ang tao hehehe.. Kelangan talaga ng financial literacy.. Kung sige lang sige mababaon lang sa utang..

kasi kung may Auto loan ka at nag issue ka nang PDC.. dapat i mo monitor mo yan.. ngayon kung merong hindi mapopondohan dapat alam mo yan.. sa case nang TS hindi nya alam.. kataka taka taka..
