I was adviced kasi ng legal officer na ivoluntary surrender ko nlng yung car.
Meron po kasi akong missed payments (pdc payment) in 4 yrs ko pong pagbabayad.
Huling taon ko na this year and willing nman po ako isettle yung mga namissed out kong months pero yun nga isurrender ko daw muna yung car dalin ko daw sa head office ng bank.. then after 3 to 5 days bigyan dsw ako ng computation ng need ko isettle. Pero meron po nkapagsabi saken na irerequire ako to pay the unsettled amount plus yung balance ko pa this year..bale iffull payment ko na. Ganun po b tlga.? Sana po may mkasagot salamat po

when were the missed payments incurred?

mukhang mahirap na irecover yun auto
4th year na so panalo na bank dyan kasi technically paid off na pricipal amount
kumbaga pag hinatak nila yan, wala na sila talo

Nag ask pa po ako ng copy..wala pa po sila sinesend.
Pero if i will talk s legal head papayagan kaya nila ako to just pay missed payments then icontinue ko nlng yung amortization rhis year. Thank you po s reply

failed payments are usually followed by significant paperwork...
but the post-er claims total innocence of having received any.

wait for the official written documentation of your failed payments, and the written instruction to surrender the car.
do not do anything if all you have is their word of mouth.

pag sinurender mo yang kotse, base lang sa salita ng tao...
and you knock on the manager's door the next day..
the manager might say, "what are you talking about? we sent you no claims. as far as we are concerned, your payments are up to date."
and you will ask, "so where is my car?"

What I am saying is that you should have been upfront with them, rather than what you did, wait for them to tell you that something was amiss... Yung decision kung papayagan ka nila na bayaran ko na lang missed payments mo and continue the usual will still be the decision of the bank... just try to convince them about your plans. Also, please remember may negative effect na yung credit score mo sa kanila... goodluck. Just talk to them...

Since PDC payment mo, ano yung last check mo na good? Kasi kung natalbugan kana hindi mo napondohan malamang closed nayang checking account mo. Paano mopa babayaran yan. Kaya pinanenegotiate. Dont surrender the unit go to the bank and negotiate.

I am surprise na may banko pa tumatanggap ng PDC for car loan. Normally auto-debit na.

few months ago lang di ba meron daw boss yun poster na di daw pumasok payment dun sa innova. siguro billions laman nun bank account kaya di namalayan na di pumasok cheque payment [emoji28]
