Sino na po ang may experience or knowledgeable about buying a car from an insurance company?

Bale ang seller po 2nd owner na sya and he is claiming na he bought it from an insurance company.

yung friend ko, nabaha tucson nya (2008) after less than a year ownership.
insurance paid him, kasi total loss na daw (30% yata ang binawas sa sticker price IIRC). after 3 years, bumalik sa kanya yung buyer; hinihingi yung owners manual and other stuff that came with the car. gulat sya kasi akala nya for spare parts lang, binenta din pala.

If the car was used by insurance agents... then I guess it's like buying a company car lang...

pero if the car was involved in an accident or car nap recovered...

Maganda dapat discount nya for me to consider buying it...

The seller is claiming na sa employee daw ng insurance company sya nabili. Tempting po kase ang mura ng price so mejo napapaisip ako kung ito yung mga kotse na declared na total loss ng insurance. Is there a way to verify this?

So binebenta pala ng mga insurance companies yung mga declared as total loss.
