good day and happy new year mga gurus. i know I can always ask the bank directly for this, but i'm getting impatient since mahaba ang holiday at sarado ang mga banko .

anu ano po ba ang mga processes/requirements ng mga banko para sa loan ng 2nd hand na kotse? (like LTO registration nung car, valid ID nung seller, etc? I'm not talking about proof of income requirements) I'm planning to buy a 1 year old car and wants to have it through bank financing (i personally am not a fan of buying brand new cars nor paying for them in cash kahit may pondo hehehe).

tsaka saan nga po pala nache-check kung may kaso ang isang kotse?

thanks in advance and happy new year!

OR/CR ng sasakyan kasama stencil ng engine at chassis needed to encumber your car with LTO. Mag-conduct naman ng car history ang bank so malalaman nila ang chain of ownership niyan. So kung me problema yan, sila una makakaalam dahil ayaw din nilang mapasukan ng problemadong unit.

Offcourse, you have to pay the processing fees for that. Punta ka sa LTO kung saan naka-register yung car to know for yourself kung may problema.

Most cases involving repossession of cars are filed by banks and financing in pasay courts, pero mahirap i-check isaisa.

thanks sir robenson. I've been doing some reading on previous threads regarding this matter and I think the best way to do this is to go to the bank first... tutal konting hintay na lang naman. Kailangan din yata ng clearance from TMG (sa camp karingal?) before the vehicle can be transferred to your name.

    thanks!
