Good day! i bought a second hand car and ang napa finance ko lang sa bank was 70k. They presented me with a chattel mortgage form and I was asked asked to pay the CM fees for almost ten thousand pesos.. ganito ba tlaga ka mahal?.. how do we compute for the CM fee? tnx!!

the CM fee would depend on the city or the municipality where the mortgage will be filed.

in my case years back, i also paid for 10k, but some of my colleagues paid around 12-13k.
