    Recently i secured approval from a reputable bank to buy one of the repo car, now im in the process of finalization;

    In this regards, i want to know the cost and procedure of transfering the ownership given that the buyer will be responsible to the transfer and its cost. And im also considering to hire a third party to do it for me.

    More or less 5k when i had it last 2010... given that the process will only be in transferring of name record at lto...

    Is the 5k includes the cancellation of mortgage in registry of deeds, PNP macro etching and clearance?

    Yes, 5k lahat reqs sa lto... iba kasi may libreng transfer, depende sa nagbebenta... alam ko yung mga buy n sell na company, sila nag trattansfer ng or at cr which is dinagdag na sa kanilang tubo...

    did you go thru a fixer? or kasama na renewal of registration? mura lang dapat yan.... clearance from highway patrol wala pa 1k (500 or 800).... sa transfer ganun din... wala pa nga yatang 500 pesos sa LTO.... cancellation of mortgage should have been done by the bank

    Sinabay ko siya sa renewal ko... para isahang gastos... and yep may nag process sa akin nun... package na...

    If you do it yourself, it will cost around 1,500 pesos only ... and 2-3 days of your time ...

    Mga bossing pag nagpacancel ka ba ng chattel mortgage,pnp cleranxe and transfer ng name ng or and cr... aabot ng 11k kasama na mga lagay sa mga tao sa government agency na pupuntahan...sa tingin niyo over price ba?

    over price yan. yung cancel ng mortgage nasa 1k, yung transfer naman ng CR para ka ulit nag pa rehistro ng sasakyan kaya yung iba sinasabay sa renewal

    Big portion is para sa cancellation ng chattel mort. Umabot ng 8k kasi loan smt is 1.3million
