Casa for sure yan because its under warranty. How come you didnt have the policy? In the first place you must have it checked before you compromise the agreement with the dealer. Check with your SA.

There are insurances that offers monthly payment instead of paying the premium. In this case, if accident happens, the car owner will pay fully the premium amount before getting the claims. If in you case you have paid it in full, then there will be no problem.

Most will allow casa repairs up to 5 years. Some, even 10 years or practically indefinitely. What to look out for is the depreciation when having the car repaired. Most insurance I know will only factor in depreciation after the 3rd year.

Talk to the agent or CASA where you got your unit. Ask for the insurance policy and then contact the agent assigned to your insurance policy.

onga po.dapat may copy na kayo ng insurance policy kasi hinihingi nila yun pag nag claim.or at least the insurance policy number?
sa kin ganun eh.nakalagay din sa policy na pag damages lang either sa casa or the acredited shop ipapagawa. ang hassle lang, kelangan dalhin car for inspection muna then tsaka palang i-schedule yung pagawa. when in fact, right after the accident dinala ko agad sa casa para inspect (malapit lang kasi).
