Determining a Car's model via plate number

Hi guys,

When I was in high school I used to be able to determine the year model of the car, and often even the month the car was purchased through the Plate number of the car. Although not always 100% accurate, my estimates were often correct.

Anyway, that was long ago, and now Ill need to ask for help because Im out of touch na.

What year model is a car with a plate number starting with WH? Itl help me valuate a car that Im considering to purchase.

Of course, the easiest way here would be to hear it from someone who has a similar plate number.

I think yung mga ngayon lang binili ZR na yung plates... I have a 99 Landcruiser its started with WK, tapos my Civic Feb 2008 ZM, yung Accord ko customize plate so no indication there when it was bought.

Thanks guys. Maganda yung service ng LTO na itetext. I confirmed that its a 2001 model. Ang galing! It even says kung kailan last siyang niregister and if may LTO problems siya. Ang galing! Thanks so much.
