    Good day to all!

Insurance company is Milestone Guaranty pala, bka kasi may member dito na nka experience na from this company.

For standard claims, usually it is 3-5 days upon submission of complete documents. For bigger claims, it could take longer. Maybe a week or two, depending on the availability of spare parts and could involve other factors

3 days? ayus yung insurance company mu ah!

Milestone Guaranty and Assurance Corp.

I post ninyo para matuto lahat.

My delivery truck hit a parked Innova. Basag rear tail lights and dented yata yung body surrounding the taillight.

I gave the owner 2 options. Bring the car to the accredited talyer of my insurance so it will be fixed immediately, or give me the required documents so I can submit them to my insurance so they can process it already para mapagawa na sa casa yung Innova. In our decades of experience with our insurance agent, never pa naman kami na-delay nor na deny sa mga claims.

Nagmamadali daw sya.
Nung wednesday ng gabi nangyari ang accident. Nag followup ako today for the documents, ayaw pa rin ibigay.

Should I pay the damages nalang para matapos na? Or do I have the right na ipasa sa insurance ko yung pagbayad sa damages?

Yes, full amount based on the estimate from Toyota casa. Or I'll be sued daw.

kauspain mo ung insurance company mo kung accredited ba ung casa ng innova sa repair shope list nila, kung hindi, maybe you could make special arrangement with your insurance company na i-accredit ung casa ng innova. para mapadala na ng innova doon sa casa at mapa repair na agad to follow mo na lang mga documents needed, mainit pa kasi ulo ng innova owner kaya ayaw ibigay.

No, do not pay until your insurance co gives approval for you to advance payment. Paying up without your insurance co. approval would fall under "Unauthorized Repair Clause" of your policy. Read your Policy.

You already paid for a Lawyer when you bought your policy, so you will only need to forward this demanda to your insurance co. claims department.

If they can't wait for your insurance co. to conduct due diligence then problema niya iyon.
Kung ayaw niya ng option mo then problema niya iyon. May telephone number naman ang adjusters so
let them do their job. It is a third party claim , they may even choose their own repair facility.

As to documents, start training your people to always document accidents as soon as it happens with their Cellphones.
That is all you need. Bugbugin mo ng photos and pangyayari. because this will happen again.

Your course of action should stay the same and that is to fill up your accident statement form and
submit it to your claims department, always coordinate with your agent before signing that check.
Wala problem naman na i advance mo ang check but always with the approval of your claims department.

    You're welcome boybi!

It is a third party claim. No need to do anything but file the usual claim.

Nag followup na naman kami for the documents. Ayaw daw nya nagbibigay ng docs! Labo.
