May naatrasan akong sasakyan, nkipag areglo naman ung driver ng kabilang sasakyan not in the presence of police officers or traffic enforcers, bale kami nlng nag usap and reasonable naman ung hinihingi nyang areglo, ang problema nakalimutan ko na sa insurance ko pala ako mgcclaim pampaayos ng bumper ko at di ko napagawan ng police report para mkaclaim, anu kaya pwedeng gawin para makaclaim ako sa insurance ko?

and sabi ng mom and dad ko pa estimate ko nlng muna sa talyer baka kse mas mahal pa ung participation tsaka depreciation kesa sa papaayos sa talyer kse almost 10 years old na ung baby ko....

can you guys give me some advise? maraming salamat

    Hi Sir,

    First, welcome to Tsikot :-)
Insurance company would not accommodate you if the required document is incomplete. In your case, it's much better to ask the estimated damage first into reputable shop and negotiate with the price.

police report is not an imperative or indispensable requirement for insurance claims, a sworn statement is sufficient....

Naatrasan na sasakyan.. hmm.. if the damage is simply a minor dent, go pay for his [yun nabangaan mo] PDR (Paintless Dent Repair).

On the otherhand, you can always claim "hit and run" sa insurance mo
