    Hi All,

    I just got my brand new car 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately today, my In-law test drive and boom! binangga ang likod..wasak tail light, yupi rear bumper and compartment...

    This is our first car and bangga kaagad! don't know if this is covered by the insurance and how to claim with this type of accident. Would really appreciate all your help guyz... Thanks!!!

    covered siyempre, did you get a police report dahil meron binanga ka? yun naka banga saiyo ang dapat magbayad ng participation mo

    contact your insurance dealer, makapag bibigay siya ng info. OR, punta ka sa nearest toyota casa para mapa estimate. mayroon din insurance na rep duon.

    Bring photo copy ng insurance policy at photo copy ng driver's license ng driver.

    Sir it's the fault po of my Inlaw. Binangga niya dun sa poste ng parking lot namin...

    Ayun yun pala yun kaya wasak ang likod...

    Anyway, pwede yan sir "on damage" ask mo lang yung insurance kung ano ang dapat gawin at mga paeles na ihanda. Kung kinakailangan ng pulis report pwede rin (pero tingin ko di na kailangan unless i-re-report mo ng hit and run).

    basta may valid na lisensya at pinayagan ng may ari na gamiting ang sasakyan nya, at na aksidente, pasok ito sa insurance.

    First damage ng avanza ko ay dala ni mrs tapos sumabit sa poste, 3 panels ang inirepair, sagot lahat ng insurance. gastos ko ay ang participation fee. No need for police report. Pero parang may affidavit na ginawa si mrs.

    you will need the ff:
    CR/OR of your unit
    drivers license OR of the driver
    affidavit
    pictures
    estimate from repair shop

    and since its new, you dont have to pay anything except for the participation (deductible) as indicated on your policy. I just hope your inlaw who test-drove it does have a license, otherwise problema yan.
