Wow! If you can get it at those terms, then lahat na ng motor collision policy sa PHL wala ng participation on their 1st claim..

Exciting ito! GO na yan. Pioneer settled the biggest non life insurance claim in PHL. I think it was a gargo vessel that
sank in the sea of Japan. They are not aggressive in motorcar collision insurance, so this is a surprise.

In non life insurance there are treaties to follow(re insurance etc).

Maari lang yan no participation kung use of network ang claim mo. Hindi ito sinasabi sa policy owner(binubulong lang).
