for example ill buy a car worth 1m.. is it better to loan in a bank and pay it cash (to get 100k discount, magiging 900k nalang ang uutanging ko), or pay the car dealer installments worth more than 1m with interest?

bank financing - utang 900k then pay for 5years
    or
    in-house - downpayment of 150k then 5years to pay around 850k

who do you think is more expensive with interest?

For most cases financing via bank is cheaper than in-house. Why? Cause banks have economies of scale and its their business to lend money. In-house financing are small finance companies that are owned by the dealer that aid the mother company to sell cars. Wala silang economies of scale and they also borrow money elsewhere so they are also charged interest unlike a bank who takes deposit and pays almost no interest for it...
