Bank always gives off a better rate compared to inhouse financing.

    Hi guys,

Di kasi ako makapag start ng thread for this one, so dito ko nalang itatanong.

Is it ok to buy a second hand car then look for a bank to finance it? Or better to find someone selling his car na under pa ng bank financing tapos i-continue ko nalang?
Kasi based on my research, mas mataas pa ang magiging total value nung second hand kesa brand new.

    Sobra tight kasi budget.

    How tight is tight?

If I were you, I'll save up to buy a second hand car in cash.

Regarding assume balance, kung ibebenta man ng may ari yun most probably he'll cover up his losses. Yung naidown nya at previous month amort nya, hingin syo.

I agree with boytsiks.

A brand new car whether bought in cash or financing, start to depreciates its market value at the time of release from casa/plant. And never o mahirapan ka mai-resale sa price value nya as brand new. Same as second hand cars.

Inhouse would be a good option if you do not have req.

Loan interest rates seems at par sa bank interest rates based sa interest calculator sa website (roughly around 5-7% effective yearly or yung compounded interest rate) which is far better than the quoted rates ng in-house financing (i mean yung mga quoted rates ng mga All-in downpayments which goes as high as 17% yearly compounded interest rate).

back to the question, sino nakapagtry na po? hehe

sir, our 2 vehicle vios and fortuner, parehas TFS, ok sila, mabilis mag approve, sa rate tatapatan nila kung anu man yung rate na binigay ng bank sa yo. mas mababa pa nga ng 150 pesos monthly amortization yun binigay sa aminng TFS, just talk to your toyota agent, sabihin mo kung kaya nya tapatan yung rate na binigay sa yo ng bank. yung 2nd vehicle namin which is fortuer, nagfillup lang kami ng application ng umaga, hapon approved na agad. basta goodpayer ka and updated ang amortization mo.

Hello guys need your advice and inputs...sorry dto kna lng ilagay at related nman sa auto financing...

Last dec umuwi ako sa pnas and excited kc akala ko mkkuha kna ang new car na gsto ko sna pra sa family ko.
Nag aplay ako sa metrobank, confident na ma approve kaagad. kumpleto nman sa papers pati mga remittances, payslips at COE... tpos nkpag pareserve na din kmi ng 5k sa mitsu for the Mirage G4 GLS cvt...
then boom, me record daw ako sa CMAP dhil me loan daw sa psbank... aminado nman ako dun and that was 10 yrs ako pro i believe na settle kna un...

I really want to have a new car for my wife and kids so no choice I went to a dealership... by the way ngbago na isip ko and i prefer to get the honda city cvt. i went to a dealership and they offered me the all in promo... 50k down and 16,400+ for 60 months. here is my question. sbi ng SA iaplay nya raw ako sa mga banks, rcbc at ucpb... approved nman daw sa RCBC kso nkta nga daw na me bad record ako so d daw pmayag kya ang ngyari ang offer sa akin ni SA ay 90,000 down sa halip na 50,000. pro bababa ang monthly ko ay maging 15,800 na lng. do you guys think its reasonable ba? ngtataka lng ako dba me record ako sa cmap, how come na approve ni rcbc ?

by the way, can somebody enlightened me. mgkaiba ba ang dealership in house financing sa snsabi ng SA ko? bkt sa banko prin sila humuhiram at humihingi ng approval?

sa mga katulad ng case ko na me bad record at nsa list ng CMAP, do you think this is the only logical choice that i have considering nga na hndi ako ppwde sa banko.

thank you very much, your opinions are highly appreciated.

    Hi OFW29,

Kuha ka ng certificate of full payment sa PS Bank, then i submit sa CMAP para malinis ang name mo.
Do you think, you or your wife really need a brand new car? If yes, that would be nice.

    Regards,
    Ronald

^^^ I think it's hard to say as long as you've complied bank's requirements there no reasons to denied your application. Good luck
