solar powered car fan... ok ba?

saw one in concorde. around 800 bucks.

keeps your car cool daw when you leave the car in the parking lot. dahil solar so no battery drain.

hmmm...imho it just circulates the (hot) air inside your car...unless me vent(like a slightly opened window) tingin ko ganun din

the solar powered car fan is meant to be installed in the rear side window of the car. This gives the fan access to outside air for it to circulate with inside air. Still the flow is not enough.

Di kaya the reason why it doesn't provide enough ventilation is because they require you to buy four units (in fine print), one for each door?

i think it is not recommended to install this fan with windows slightly opened.. parang kinakalat mo lang dust sa loob ng car while parked..

the concept of the fan is great however leaving a slightly open window is not baka may magsungkit ng door lock at voila nawala na ang radio at etc sa loob ng car. But if di naman buksan ang bintana walang kwenta dahil umiikot lang ang init may hangin lang na mainit din

anybody has a picture of this solar powered fan? di ba jologs itsura? mukhang ok to pag biyahe ka sa tanghali para mabilis lumamig yung auto dahil mabilis magcirculate yung lamig from the aircon vents.

this vent fan is only used when parked if you're going to use it while running lalabas lang ang lamig ng aircon mo since slightly open yun windows mo. If you want to cool your car immediately open your windows nalang while your car aircon is in full blast, pag nawala na ang init sa loob ng cabin den close mo na. matagal na sa market yan vent fan na yan, 90's pa. ma pha-phase out na nga e. Everytime you go in you hav to remove it and install it again after parking... ok namn looks nya but it's really not advsable lalo na here loko ang mga tao, they can drop a cig butt inside your car window w/ this device, dba? Magdala ka na lang ng tent for your car... hehehe

ayos yan solar powered fan... i agree with most posters na wala ring kwenta yun, hot air pa rin yun eh, tamang convection oven or better known as turbo broiler.

pwede siguro kapag pinark mo... iwan ka ng chicken sa loob... pag balik mo luto na yun.

buy ka na lang pre ng door visor, so you can leave a small opening sa wndow na hindi halata from the outside and if it rains di rin papasok water... Costs nun around 1100 to 1500 depend sa car mo. Or buy a tent then khit saan ka park put it up! hehehe...
