Mineral, semi-synthetic, or fully synthetic oil (API SN/SM) will do. See below for viscosity.
Mineral - 10w30, 10w40
Semi-synthetic - 5w40, 10w40
Fully synthetic - 0w20, 5w30, 5w40
Brake Fluid - use Honda-specific and you can buy this sa casa or any store that carries the Honda-specific (Idemitsu) brand. Huwag mo ihalo aftermarket brake fluid unless drain mo yung stock brake fluid.
Coolant - just refill with Wilkins distilled water kung bumaba yung level sa reservoir tank.
Kung kunti lang bawas, puwede na yan distilled water. Kung halos ubos na yung laman ng reservoir tank, a coolant refill is necessary.
Please check when it is necessary to replace coolant in the whole system. Some systems only need coolant replacement after 60k km or 100k km.
Thank you. I appreciate it. I have a follow up question, what is the right pressure for my tires? And again, what fluid should i use for power steering fluid and transmission fluid?

Check the markings near the inner latch of the driver's door. It is indicated in there the right tire pressure for normal and heavy loads. You'll be fine if you fill it at 32 psi for normal city driving.
The 2009 City already has an electronic power steering so no more power steering fluid needed. For tranny fluid, use Honda-specific only and don't mix with others.
Question lang po ang 0W20 ay recommended sa manual or galing lang sabi ng casa?
I am left wondering kasi 0w20 in our conditions might be "too thin" baka bumaba masyado ang oil pressure.
Honda PH has been using this type of viscosity for a few years now. They call it Eco Premium fully synthetic and it replaced the older 5w40 VTEC LEV fully synthetic oil. I have used it for both previous gen City/Jazz and it is quite good for city driving purposes.
Sa casa, it's either you use it or opt for the mineral 10w30 oil.
just go to your honda dealer for their P1095 oil change which includes labor, idemitsu API SN 10w30, and honda oil filter
for coolant ALWAYS use type-2. i believe it's 10years/100,000km so you're not due for replacement yet. type-2 is an organic-acid type coolant w/ a totally different chemistry from type-1. so don't mix!
if you can't find type-2 then just top up w/ distilled water. better order the type-2 coolant NOW so you're ready when it's time to replace the coolant. i've replaced the type-2 coolant on 2 hondas already. they're usually order-basis only
as for brake fluid i believe honda doesn't use a proprietary one
manual transmission fluid. better stick w/ the honda idemitsu MTF. your tranny might feel different if you use other types
did i say don't mix type1 and type2![]()
