there is TOTAL, SHELL, PETRON, PT&T, CALTEX etc...

which do u prefer? may difference ba ang mga ito? if ever, saan mas maganda?

Thanks in advance

ako naman, any kind of gas will do as long a its premium up. i also prefer stations which are clean and mataas (hindi binabaha, like what is advised in one of the forums here). i usually load up sa petron southbound sa macapagal kanto ng edsa extension.

pinay, tungkol sa tanong mo. ang difference ng unleaded, ng premium tsaka ng high octanes is yung octane contents nila, as measured in RON. also, one of the difference is yung cleaning content ng each type of fuel. yung unleadeds and premiums usually have 93+ RON, except maybe dun sa Petron XCS, which contains 95+ RON. Velocity, Blaze tsaka yung sa caltex (i forgot the name), has 95+ RON, except dun sa Blaza, which I think contains 97+ RON yata. Yung sa Total, ala yata silang high octane. Instead, premium and unleaded lang sila. I just don't know for the other stations.

yung second question mo na kung premium ka, dapat premium ka. depende sa preference mo yan eh. pakiramdaman mo muna yung makina ng oto mo, how it responds from the lowest unleaded gas. kung may engine knocks, then go to the next higher level, and so on and so forth. so ang answer dun is no necessarily. hwag mo lang lagyan ng diesel o kerosene, or regular fuel. tatakbo at tatakbo pa rin yan.

Accessibilty of location, cleanliness & sanitation of facilities (+ hindi binabaha) & add-on service are the primary factors why I fill-up diesel at Shell Coastal Road. Also, I tried the diesel of Petron but felt better ang performance ng ride ko with that of Shell.

Rav4 - Shell EDSA - Balintawak / Petron EDSA. am alternating between Blaze and Velocity on a 3000 km basis.

323 - any Petron / Caltex station. am mainly using XCS but will also load Gold if am running outta gas.

but for undercoating, change oil and basic engine tune up of my 323, Chieffy's Caltex station! :D sarap ng cake kahapon pre!

Shell sa may A. Boni. Malaki kasi saka malinis.

    peace!
