Hi guys I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask and this may sound like a stupid question but I just wanted to ask if a Honda City 2016 model can drive to Laguna to Bulacan with a full tank in 3 days with back and forth driving. The place from Bulacan that I would be going to is the Philippine Arena for an E-Sports event that would be held there in January 19-21, 2017.

Check the distance via Waze. Then refer to your average fuel consumption.

Google maps says it's a 130KM trip from Laguna to Bulacan.

    City tank is 40L.

I'm guessing aabot ka pero you'll be running dangerously low by on one tank of gas by the time you get back.

Better gas up before you leave Bulacan on the way back...

Btw where are you staying for those 3 days? May lodging ba na malapit? Magawa ko din sana yan in my younger years haha

I've checked it's around 130KM trip if it's back and forth. Then the I searched the database of Honda the City can go at 20.99KM/L in Highway speeds. I'm not really sure on how to understand that tho.

I see hoping na kung matuloy man kami sa event wag matraffic and sana wag maligaw.

If ever naman na makita ko bumagsak na ng at least 3-4 bars yung meter ko talagang nagpapagas nako so no problem diyan ang problem lang is iiyak si wallet .

Di pako sure kung san mag sstay meron ako nakita nearest lodging is 12KM away from the Philippine arena.

1 round trip yan sir? Madami paba natitira sa gas mo after?

edit: ay mediyo engot ako diko binasa ng maigi back and forth na pala from calamba to pampanga 130KM na agad sabi ni google maps so if back and forth nasa 260KM? So meaning kaya nga siguro ng full tank from laguna to bulacan then madami pa matitira kahit papano sa gas ko.

Full tank ako alis, then after the round trip, mag full tank ulit ako, sa 1.2k maglalaro papagas ko. Maglalaro Yun depende sa traffic. Of course it won't hurt if pa gas ka na as soon as makita mo alanganin.

19-21 weekday and kung event mo starts at 9am sa arena, alis ka mga 6am sa laguna then sabay ka sa rush hour trapik ng edsa/c5/manila. If tapos naman is 5pm? I'll use 10kms/liter x 40L so 400range lang full tank mo versus 780kms for 3 day back and forth trip.

So mga 4000 magastos mo sa gas + 1500 sa tollfee = 5500 for 3 day daily trip.

Decent hotel dyan near the phil arena(marilao/bocaue/sta.maria) is around 2500 for 2pax with bfast. So mga 5k + 1.3k gas + 500tollfee if mag overnight ka around phil arena.

If budget mode talaga, dami rin resort na mura or motel...

I see salamat sir. Mas okay na yung on the safe side kesa naman malasin pa at magtulak.

The event starts i think at the time you said tas ang end na niya is around 10-11pm depende sa mangyayari sa games kung aabot ng 3 games mga ganon at sa length mismo nung match. Thanks for the info regarding sa traffic.

Thanks for the computations sir. Mukhang ang best case nalang is to get a hotel then stay mas sulit siya imo kasi less pagod and less hassle.

Baka maapektuhan pa kayo pagod at puyat, babagal reaction time nyo sa games...

Hindi siya yung lalaro. May big time tournament doon.

If you opt to drive home...

If the games finish at 11... you get home at 2-3am. If you want to get there by 9am, you leave at 5am...

Before my project pa kmi sa Elbi and SPC, I usually run 2hrs going home in Bul pag umaalis ako 11-12mn. sa site during weekdays. Some fridays, pag dating ko edsa around 11:3012mn, trapik pa rin. Hehe..

    Fastest is ko 1.5hrs.
