Napaka-strict pa naman sa California pagdating sa ganyan.
Sasabihin ni Planas mali ang kabit mo hehehe. Or anything else to prevent you from getting your money back.

For all Khaos naysayers, or those who think the device doesn’t work:
INQ TV is coming out with a feature on Khaos and from all indications, the writer of the segment is convinced it works. He has supposed tests to back it up.
However, he is open to listening and interviewing anyone on cam who says the device doesn’t work or anyone who has tried it out and had a bad experience with the device. On camera to guys ha, so be prepared.
This is it guys! This is your chance to tell the public what you feel and think about our favorite “fuel-saving” device.
Contact 897-8808 and 0921-7194490 and look for Cenon Bibe.
for those guys and gals who haven't called "Cenon Bibe", I suggest you give him a call simply and give him a piece of your mind to get your point across. I've heard he is usually in the office in the afternoons.
Lets tell him that TSIKOT.COM rules!![]()

BTW, Cenon Bibe (if you are reading this), given you haven't heard of ANY of the car forums available online on the internet simply means you aren't doing your job! No research, no background checks, nothing. We have been existing for years!! :arghhh:
So next time when you write an article that does ANYTHING about cars, maybe you could look us up for advise. It would also be handy if you would put your name with your article so we would know who to look for if we need to voice something about something we might read in the Inquirer.

I wouldn't expect too much. I'm sure it's another product endorsement just like what MGB did.Originally Posted by boybi

Engine \'defect\' adding to woes of car owners
Posted 09:29am (Mla time) May 01, 2005
Inquirer News Service
Editor\'s Note: Published on page A24 of the May 1, 2005 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer
AS THE price of gasoline continues to soar, many motorists are unaware that a \"defect\" in their car engines is helping drain their gas tanks of precious fuel, a mechanic-turned-inventor revealed.
Worse, the \"defect\" in the engine\'s design has been contributing to the worsening air pollution in the country, said Pablo Planas, 67, of San Juan.
According to Planas, he has discovered that the basic make-up of a car engine makes it waste gasoline and produce hazardous fumes, much of which is unburned fuel.
This is true that unburned fuel is hazardous - Coz fuel is HC or hydrocarbon.
\"This unburned fuel is wasted fuel,\" Planas told the Inquirer in an interview at his office at the President\'s Tower in Quezon City.
He said gasoline was being wasted whenever a driver lets go of the gas pedal and when the engine is kept running while the car is not moving.
Maybe True for Carbureted.
False for Programmed Fuel Injection - Honda model running on PGM-Fi is installed with the so called EACV or Electronic Air Control Valve works to calculate needed air volume with engine throttle fully close or when driver step off the accelerator pedal. This is a bypass mechanism controlled by engine computer that degree of opening and closing depends on the actual load such as ac, p/s, lighting and other load applied during throttle is closed.
Second, Honda new model are equiped with a very unique feature which is "Deceleration Cut-off" meaning at engine speed over 900 rpm (jazz), 850 rpm (old city)(and other rpm) with the throttle valve closed or driver steps off the accelerator pedal and shift lever is in gear, no fuel is delevered to all injectors.
Planas explained that the problem lay mainly in the way the engine was built.
False for new models.
For engines to run, he said, these need to burn a mixture of gasoline and air.
True, ideal mixture is 14.7(air):1(fuel)
\"The right mix is fifteen parts of air and one part of gasoline, or a ratio of fifteen-to-one,\" Planas expounded.
True, 14.7:1 to be exact. This mixture will result to almost perfect combustion that raises combustion temperature resulting to higher Nox or oxides of nitrogen where EGR or VTC is installed to countermeasure this hazardous gas.
When a driver lets go of the gas pedal, the engine throttle, which allows air to come in and mix with gasoline, closes.
This is solve by Decelearation Cut-off - more fuel effecient due to none injection of fuel as mentioned above.
With the throttle closed, Planas said, no more air gets into the engine, which is then forced to s**k in more gasoline.
False, during idling, engine computer opens EACV to allow air to enter according to engine load.
Thus the mix of 15 parts air to 1 part gasoline becomes almost 100 percent gasoline, much of which is left unburned.
False, Fire need three elements 1. Fuel(Gas) 2. Fire (Plugs) 3. Air, In the absence of one element or far from the ideal ratio, combustion is impossible, coz very rich or very lean mixture is out the range of imflamability.
The same happens when the engine is left on while the car is stopped.
EACV will take over during idling.
\"That not only wastes gasoline but also creates pollution,\" said Planas, who started out as a mechanic-jeepney operator in the \'70s.
He said that when he discovered this \"defect\" in the car engine, he came up with an invention, now called the Khaos Super Turbo Charger.
What the device simply does, Planas said, is allow air to enter the engine even when the throttle is closed. Thus, the \"defect\" is \"cured,\" he said.
Maybe true for carbureted.
Tests conducted by the Department of Energy and the Department of Science and Technology have shown that the \"curing\" of the \"defect\" has led to engine efficiency, which resulted in savings in gasoline consumption and nearly zero pollution.
...i was able to watch it, they even featured tsikot.com as one of the staunch opponents of khaos.Originally Posted by boybi

If they really wanted to contact tsikoteers, all they need to do is post here or start a thread, wala naman tayong nabasang invitation galing sa kanila right?Originally Posted by scarab

He even told me, "sayang, pero too late na (for this video segment)". He then told me, "maybe for a follow-up na lang". I'm not holding my breath on this but I left him my office number so he could contact me if he ever needs my "services".

Good news guys..isasabak na rin daw ang KHAOS sa network marketing.
Para marami din daw ang magbenefit na mga Pinoy..
Nakatulong ka na sa environment..kumita ka pa!!
Just kidding..

wow that is helpful.
but s uck was censored even if it was used in a technical context and not ***ual bwahhahahha
why doesn't these car manufacturers show some concern and make a statement once and for all about this khaos thingie?

Maybe because if your car gets damaged, may kikitain pa sila sa parts and repairs.Originally Posted by boybi

maybe because if you install it, they can claim it voids the warranty. More profits for them.
galing nung comment from Honda. IACV ito dun sa mga lumang VTEC engines.
