    yup, all are cats... it had the platinum mesh inside each one. The main reason he had it removed was to get more power from the engine... sobrang sakal daw yung exhaust with the four converters in place.

    Catalytic converter is a device with a mesh of platinum based catalyst which converts carbon monoxide & unburned hydrocarbons into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor by catalytic reaction activated by heat from the exhaust gasses.

    When using a catalytic converter, you cannot use leaded gasoline. The lead in the gasoline will coat the platinum catalyst, making it useless.

    if you are looking for a catalytic converter for your gasoline car, I talked to the people at Nodalos, E.Rod Sr branch... they have one unit from a brand new M. Benz SUV... the owner had it removed because the vehicle has FOUR catalytic converters!! He retained two. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheap converter... this is a good deal.

    it's a device that converts harmful emissions to less harmful ones. it's like a tube that's filled with exotic materials (platinum, etc etc) that's in the middle of the exhaust...
