nasubukan ko na ang unleaded ng Flying V and yung ProTec ng Total.

ok naman, no probs like engine knocking, etc... same banana para sakin.. either that or very negligible yung difference sa performance side. i'm not sure kung mas mura yung 2 yun vs. the big 3 oil companies.

Sea Oil oks din. Ilang buwan na rin ako na
yun lang exclusively ang pinakakarga ko.
Mas mura kasi. Equal, if not better pa ang
    quality.
You exercise your power of choice and
teach those Greedy Big 3 oil companies
    a lesson.

Ako exclusive ako sa PTT. Pag emergency lang ako nagkakarga sa Shell.

Me discount card ako sa PTT so nakukuha ko ng P17.90/liter ang Premium nila. Dati nga 17.50 kaso tumaas na naman gas so naging P17.90.

yung abe's gas station sa may congressional ave .. pinakamurang gas na nakita ko .. doon dati ako nagpapapagas .. it used to be a petron station for the longest time ... pero since established na sila sa area ... i guess they decided they didn't want to pay petron anymore for the name ... pero since kumuha ako ng shell citibank mastercard .. shell na ako ..

I was like whoaa P17.90!!! Hehe tapos 2002 pa pala etong post nahukay lang...

I only use Petron and Caltex sa car ko...It depends how it suits your car...You can use any gasoline that suits your car and gives it a better performance...

I work in the oil and gas industry (10+ yrs now) and my previous expertise is in the quality of fuel (especially gasoline where i worked as blending coordinator sa US CARB gasoline b4 sa isang company sa abroad mga 5 yrs back)...LPG/LNG na ako ngayon hehe...

Ang masasabi ko lang yung Petron and Shell fresh gasoline blends yan produced in their local refinery...

Yung Caltex gasoline blend yan from various components na malamang from their Singapore refinery & nearby countries...

The others, blend din or already a prepared 93 or 95 or 97 or 99 octane gasolines and they will not or will do a reblend to optimize (the profit)...

GASOLINE is not a Straight run product na naipo- produce sa Refinery agad, its a blend of 2 or more components (reformate, naphtha, pentane, oxygenates, etc depende sa capability ng oil company sa lugar niya at requirement)...

Jet Fuel/Kerosene, Diesel are directly produced without blending with other petroleum components...

i have used Total around three times before dahil emergency. pero ang lakas ng rattle nung engine ko. and to think of it, pareho sila ng octane rating ng ginamit kong variant compared dun sa similar variant ng big 3.

have not used jetti. but may try it.

*vromvrom: tumatanggap ba sila ng credit card dun sa jetti macapagal?

SeaOil is on a per station basis... I only gas up at SeaOil EDSA (near MRT Quezon Ave) to be safe... so far so good with their ethanol blend gasolines. :2thumbsup:

Total is ok too... I gas up only at the EDSA Balitawak station.

Na try ko na ang Total sa dati kong Civic, okay naman kaya lang konti ang stations nila. Yung Flying V rin, laging yun ang kinakarga ko sa dating Liteace ko. Ok din at mas mura.
