5km/l is typical in the city, given the weight of the vehicle and how bad traffic is now. Highway, how fast are you going? If your Prado is 4WD and has a 2 Hi mode, switch it to 2 Hi.

Niky's right, that's about par for the course for the Prado. There's quite some weight on the SUV and not a lot of power, hence the FC.

Actually yung 5km/l hindi sya masyado natraffic and yung 7km/l usually ang speed ko lang is 80-100

In my experience, 3.0s like the Fort and Eve get somewhere around 6-7 km/l in mixed traffic. Your Prado has the older version of the Fort engine, and, like IM says, it's bigger and heavier. 5 sounds right.

7 does seem low for the highway. Might need a little calibration.
