The Avanza is still more of a 4-5 seater vehicle with kiddie seats for two more at the back. Kung parating 5+ ang sakay mo, siguraduhin mo lang na close sila sa isa't isa. Hehehe. Medyo maliit din ang luggage space (maliit for seven persons) so either you pack light or put stuff up on the roof.

Pero kung usally empty naman bumiyahe ang sasakyan or maliit pa ang kids, ok na din ang Avanza. Huwag na huwag mo lang susubukang itapon si lolo or lola sa third row kung ayaw mo mawalan ng mana. Of course, the same thing can be said for the Innova. Kahit mas may space ang Innova, you still have to be a bit of a contortionist to get to the back.

The APV's loaf bread shape makes entry and exit a breeze. Also makes for ample room once inside.

Kung 8-10 peeps hindi kakayanin ng Suzuki APV, Toyota Avanza, innova, nissan vanette, lite ace, highlander, adventure, crosswind pag nag out of town wala ng paglalagyan ng mga bagahe kahit lagyan pa ng carrier sa taas hindi pa rin kakayanin.

The Avanza, despite seats allowing more than 5, isn't really ideal for several people. The Lite Ace had a lowly 1.5-liter engine carrying a heavy body and up to 8 passengers. Having the same size engine, albeit more advanced, the Avanza unfortunately seems to head the Lite Ace way as well. Personally I think it's more like a 5+2 than a dedicated 7-seater.

For the thread starter, the Innova is a more suitable vehicle. You can get a gas or diesel engine with modern technology (AFAIK Toyota has already corrected the D-4D problem with our diesel fuel. Just confirm it to be sure). The interior is also much better than your usual AUV. Handling is surprisingly good as well, but the ride should have acceptable stiffness.
