Mga Sir, need your expert opinion. This is for my sister she just sold her car to buy a cross over vehicle.

This two car are on her top choices. Her concerns are which is more bang for the buck, reliable, fuel efficient, cheap to maintain and safe??

Both are automatic transmission by the way.

Asx. Simply because may issue ang dct ng ford.

Plus, for me, mas imposing ang looks ng asx.

Common answer na yung may issue DCT ni ecosport.

Hindi ba dapat matutunan lang proper driving DCT to avoid shuddering?

Pag sinabing issues parang may sira agad tranny eh.

Pero ASX for me too hehe

Well, therein lies the difference. With the INVECS-3 CVT on the ASX, it actually learns how the driver drives. With the DCT, the driver has to learn how to use the transmission.

More bang for the buck = Ecosport (cheaper)
    More Reliable = ASX
Fuel Efficient = Ecosport (smaller engine)
    Cheaper to maintain = ASX
    Safe = ASX (it's larger)

Best to wait for Mazda CX-3 or Honda HR-V.

ASX for me. fuel efficiency depende sa driver hindi lahat ng maliliit mas maganda ang kunsumo sa malalaking makina.

    kung makakapaghintay: Hyundai ix25, HRV

Assuming na may "issue" pa nga ang AT ng Ecosport,- it is a no brainer,- go with ASX...

    Mas mahal nga lang....

Overall = ASX lalo yung bago ngayon.
I drive one, my only problem is FC sa city driving pero pag long distance wala kang problem.

Based from my experience, full tank is more than enough para dalhin ka sa ILOCOS. Actually Cagayan (613KM) pa nga kasi taga dun ako.

that is an impressive full tank range. i also vote for asx on this comparison. i like the revised dash. seems more sturdy than our outlander.

ASX din pipiliin ko. Mas masarap pa i-drive yan. Sa tipid, may nagpost na dito na halos kasing tipid lang nang 4x2 ASX ang ecosport because of the revised CVT.
