November 16th, 2008 11:40 AM #1... the new focus was launched.
now i'm torn. :help2:
1.5 a/t jazz or 1.8 focus trend a/t hatch?
i know they are different categories (compact vs sedan) but they're basically at the same price range kasi.....
driving comfort, handling, fuel efficiency, interiors and reliability are the things i'm looking for. btw, i'm just a newbie driver.
help pls.....

November 16th, 2008 09:29 PM #2for me po:
driving comfort - focus
handling - focus
fuel efficiency - jazz
interiors - focus
reliability - tie
i never even know na magka price range ang jazz sa focus, kala ko kasi nasa 9xx+ ang focus
i personally love both cars pero kung im onto style & power, i'd go for the focus. pero kung i'm onto fuel efficiency at daily use transpo, i'd pick up the jazz

tingin ko ha?
cost wise: focus
yun nga lang, talo ka sa FC tsaka resale (alam mo naman ang mindset ng pilipino sa honda). pero if you are buying a car with a specific budget and would want a bang for the buck approach to it, ok yung focus.
maintenance wise, pareho lang din halos yan.
kung second car, why not get a vios or a city? way freaking cheaper than the new jazz?

IMO the 1.5 jazz is overpriced. if you are looking for fuel efficient car or for an everyday car, i believe the 1.3 will do. you will even save some money for accessories or you can use the extra money to fill up your tank.
if im going to buy a focus, i will opt for the new TDCI. best of both worlds, power and efficiency.
It's looking a lot like a certain cruiser with that color scheme.
