The best and worst honda dealer

good day,

tanong lang po, san po yung pinaka best na honda dealer na alam nyo in terms of pre and post sales? Plano ko po kasing kumuha ng honda jazz vtec... gusto ko lang pong makasiguro kasi po most of my savings and sweldo, pupunta dito... kaya gusto ko lang po makasigurado na nde po sasama loob ko sa bibilhin ko... at gusto ko din maiwasan yung mga dealers na worst customer service.

i have a very worst experience at HONDA CARS SAN PABLO. the mechanic are mandurogas !!!!!!!!!! I service my car and the service agent informed me that part needs replacment but unfortunately their parts are not available however the said service personnel said he can provide me a surplus unit for low cost. however i noticed that indeed the parts does not need replacement nor a surplus unit was installed for I noticed that the very same parts was merely a case of losing nuts that need tightening and teflon. grabe ang lakas mang pera!

Honda San Pablo. PMS ako sa kanila tapos tanong kung ano oil ilalagay nila, sabi ng SA Honda oil ordinary. Nung hiningi ko sobra e bingay naman sa akin kaso nde Honda oil, ELF oil ang ginamit. Ang mahal pati ng charge nilang shop materials P380.00 e sa Hyundai e P100.00 lang.

Kaya everytime pa-pms ako e bili ako oil sa honda makati or Honda Shaw pag napunta ako manila.

From a search of the forums here. The best Honda dealer is probably Caloocan followed distantly by Quezon Av. I think uniform naman ang pricing the Honda so kahit saan puwede bumili then pa-service na lang doon sa 2 na yun -- minsan nahihiya ako magpa-service sa hindi ko binilhan but others don't seem to.

Hindi ganun kaganda ang service sa Honda Libis.. by the time you get there.. walang umaasikaso sayo even if you have an appointment.. their SA on the front desk dont even bother to look at you.. iiwas sila para iwas trabaho..

During releasing .. average time to get your car is 45 minutes..ang tagal.. non sense mag follow up sa mga SA dahil hindi naman nila aasikasuhin..papaupuin ka lang nila sa waiting area.. and they will take their time ibaba ang kotse mo..

I am also looking for a better casa. bad stories with Honda Makati as well.. nagpapalit ng pyesa.. so that leaves me with Honda Kal and Q ave.

honestly ... im not a honda owner but ive visited dealers ... some of the WORST is HONDA LIBIS and HONDA SHAW .... mas masama sa libis ... hindi tlaga namamansin mga tao ! ... shaw halos ganun din !

Honda Kalookan gave me the best price/discounts when I bought a civic some tiime ago... tops din sila for vehicle maintenance and service.

My worst experience was with Honda Makati... lousy repairs and lots of missing paperwork means they charge you extra even if sila mali.

The best is Honda Kalookan. Customer Service & work quality is good. They do pick up and delivery for for my cars requiring periodic servicing or other repairs even if I'm from Makati. That's how much I trust them.

Although they're not perfect (which casa is anyway?), they fix back jobs or complaints without too much hassle.

All Honda casas employ honda trained mechanics so in terms of technical knowhow, they are all standing on an even playing field. It's really Honda Kalookan's honest attitude and good customer service which make them stand out.

As far as I know, these dealerships are owned by the Yuchengco family not the Ayalas.

In my experience, the worst Sales department would have to be Honda Quezon Avenue. Try to go to there showroom. Walk around the cars, sit inside, for 15 minutes to 1 hour even. Walang sales rep na papansin sayo. Lahat sila nagte-text or nagkuwe-kuwentuhan. When you ask for a brochure or quotation, the super taray, makeup-laiden old ladies will just impatiently hand you a piece of xerox paper.

But to be fair, the Service department of TQA is tops naman. It's like they're the exact opposite of their sales staff. They're respectful, honest and very helpful.

The best Sales dept is Honda Kalookan. They are extremely accomodating. Sales dept of HondaKal is not bad too.

For first time Honda buyers, if you want one stop shop, hondakal is it.

ahahaha. Na-experience ko din ito dati! I stayed with them kasi they were better pa din than our orig Honda vendor which was Libis -- and specially ang service dept. Pero pag 'suki' ka na, hindi na.

Honda Jazz si imported from thailand, kaya kung lumabas na sa thailand yun bago susunod na tayo. check mo nalang Honda thailand website.

HOnda Cars PHil. strategy:
july2004 una ilalabas 1.3li. (w/o 3rd brake lamp...)
2005 tapos after less than a year 1.5li.
2006 after a year Minor model change (LED lights, bumpers, 3rd brake lamp)
kaya yun nakabili ng 1.3li. nung 2004 parang nagbayad ng 1.5li. sa price 2day.

so ok po ba honda marikina? nde po ba 2 ayala? kasi taga greenpark pasig ako... medyo nde ko kabisado honda Cal...

Based on experience mas ok yung mga Honda dealership na managed by Yuchengco group (Honda Q ave, Honda kalookan, etc) in car sales, kasi when I bought my car ages ago (97 Civic Lxi) ayaw magbigay ng discount ang Honda Libis and honda Makati, so ended up getting it from Honda Q ave with 10thou discount
