Di pa talaga siya officially released. Nakakuha lang ako since August pa lang nagpareserve na ako.

Specs: Sabi lang pero di pa confirmed, wraparound aircon and ABS.

Sir, the earlier for you to place a reservation the faster the processing. I believe wala ka pang bank approval so what i can suggest is to go to any dealership para maprocess na agad. The more time you are spending in inquiring about the 2012 model to us the more time you are wasting.

Bank approval normally takes 3 to 4 days as long complete yun requirements mo. To give you an example, i have an approved auto loan from 2 banks where in depositor ako. I choose to use bpi since mababa lang ang interest. I made a reservation and gave them all requirements tsaka remaining balance ko sa downpayment sa dealership and 2 days after nideliver na sa akin yun order kong unit. Kasi available yun unit na gusto ko kaya nakuha ko agad.

sir im not waisting time i just wanna make sure na gusto ko po yung unit na makukuha ko.. before applying a reservation.. pag nag file ako ng reservation tapos di ko pala gusto makukuha non sense po...

Best move is to go the any mitsu dealership and inquire about the 2012 model and what are the differences compared to the 2011 model. By this time the SA of any dealership were already informed of the upgrades done to the 2012 model. Placing a reaer ation doesnt means you are already tied up in dealing with the dealership. If you dont like the 2012, just refund your reservation. Whats important is to get the ball rolling for the financing process. You need to cOmplete all requirements before the dealsership will pass all your docs to the bank for evaluation and credit investigation process.

I cant say what papers do the dealership will ask from you since most of the time i use my bank in getting a new unit. Different requirements for different people/status/occupation. Kaya its best to visit a dealership first to know all this stuffs.

I have a reservation - but apparently SAs don't have a clue as to when the 2012 will be available.

All the paperworks are done, and MC has been faxed to them - everything is prepared on my end.
They keep on promising that it will be available next week (which they had been saying for the past 2 months) but to no avail.

Are they giving me crap? Should I pull out on my order?

Your advise will be greatly appreciated.

hmmm medyo weird nga yang situation mo, pero ito naiisip ko scenario:

1. Wala pa talaga unit na dumadating dun sa dealer mo. (Ano ba dealer niyo?)
2. May unit na pero baka nasa dulo ka ng reservation list. at sinasabi sa yo na wala pa unit para di ka maghanap sa iba.
3. May unit na at pasok ka dun sa dumating na number of units pero ibinigay nila sa iba na mas kilala nila o mas may kita sila. ( wag naman sana)

Nagbayad ka ba ng reservation fee? Ask ka na siguro sa ibang dealer sir, for example sa Diamond motors dumating na siya kahapon pa sa warehouse nila and irerelease lang siya sa monday. Try mo sa ibang dealers o ibang branch. Pero take note na baka maraming nakapagpareserve na rin dun at pumila ka rin sa reservation nila. Pero no harm in trying wag mo muna sabihin sa current dealer mo na di ka na kukuha sa kanila pag may sure na makukuhanan ka na saka ka lumipat ng dealer.

What i can suggest is to talk to the upper management of that dealership to know the real score. 2 months is quite long enough, dapat hindi muns pumayag yun SA mo iayus lahat lahat kung alam niya tatagal pa yun pagdating ng units. Most likely your SA was after for the quota of his/hers kaya ginawa niya yun.
