Jazz talaga gusto nya pero more likely next year may bago ng lalabas.

Mas madaming features ang JDM, less the tacky front and rear bumpers of the 1.5 thai version.

Using a 1.5L city right now, ok naman. Although I wouldve preferred a Jazz kasi mas gwapo siya imho and ang alam ko mas ok handling nya... Well, probably pati performance kasi mas magaan ang Jazz? Ewan.

Although the city isnt a bad choice

Get the Jazz, if you can get the JDM even better, pagtagal nyan mas mataas resale value pa.

Pansin ko lang, only Honda gets away with releasing an overly expensive JDM version of a car that they could source cheaper from Thailand. Anyone else who's tried this has failed (ehem, Mazda).

I remember reading not too long ago of people saying that the Jazz 1.5 is overpriced, and this was the Thai version. Kesyo bili nalang daw ng mas malaking entry-level compact car. Now, the Jazz 1.5 JDM is actually selling pretty well.

Odd. Anyway, BTT, I'd get a Thai-spec Jazz (at the 850k price point please).

Kasi it (thai model) doesn't have a lot of items that you could locally. Namely; Steering Wheel mounted Audio Controls, Cruise Control, Manually Adjustable Headlight Levelling Switch, Leather-covered Steering Wheel, Power Folding Side Mirrors, and a Cooled Upper Glove Box linked to the A/C system for your drinks. While imho, yung 1.5V bumpers, meron naman available aftermarket.

'JDM' holds a lot of water.

Depending on what the alternative entry-level compact car is, I might actually go for it.
