    1.pricewise, the accord has higher resale value compared to the exsior so
    expect to pay a little more for the used accord. 96-98 exsiors tend to go as low as 150-170k while the accord fetches above 200k.
    2. accord has better power than exsior but the exsior has better fuel economy.
    3. accord better ride quality
