baka nga. kasi matagal ata makuha non-vgt e. yung vgt ang bilis lang makuha

mga experts, question lang po. may nakita po ako sa PS Bank warehouse na montero 2015 GLX 40K price is 870K. sa tingin nyo po ba eh great buy na to or mahal? kung pagbabasehan ko yung 40K na odo sa tingin nyo ba eh laspag na or tama lang?
