Sportage LX M/T vs Ford Focus hatchback Trend A/T

Hi Guys,

Looking to buy a new car pretty soon... appreciate your suggestions on what to get... so far i tried to narrow down my choices to the MT Sportage and the Focus hatchback trend. but im still open to hearing other possible suggestion, budget is below 1M. Thanks a lot!

If you're okay driving an MT in traffic, then Sportage it is.

Nothing beats an SUV image IMO. May be the base model, but it still looks good nevertheless.

Have you tried inquiring about the Ford Escape? It's a little over 1M, discounts may bring it down to somewhere below 1M. It's comfortable to drive, has a decent interior space, the interior/exterior build looks solid, though design is date it still looks good & expensive and could go side-by-side with the Sportage's FE if driven with a light foot.

There's the Suzuki SX4 & the Kia Soul as well for the more "funky" feel.
